PCS Final Out Appt (1 Duty Day Prior to PDD or day of PDD)

Please click here to schedule your PCS final out-processing appointment. The date must be 1 duty day prior to your PDD or the day of your PDD.

***This is an Official Appointment you will need to be in uniform***
1) Ensure you have all documents yet to be turned into Outbound Assignments
2) A copy of vOP Checklist if you have wet signatures
3) Dental documents if PRP
4) If going OCONUS: Flight itinerary
5) If you or your dependents require passports, and you do not have them you will not be able to Final Out.

*DOCUMENTS NEEDED AT YOUR FINAL OUT*
Failure to provide the following items will delay your final out-processing.
***ORGANIZE YOUR REQUIRED ITEMS IN THE SAME ORDER BELOW***
1. Relocation Memorandum (Located vMPF initial briefing page 7) must be signed by CC, SEL, or First Sergeant
2. Completed Virtual Out-processing Checklist
3. Printout of your physical fitness report from MyFSS USAF only
4. Printout of your vRED - MUST be current from within the past year
5. Copy of your SGLI (Pull SGLV 8286 from MilConnect/SOES or pull current copy from PRDA)
6. Copy of orders
7. CBRNE and SABC Certificates if you are going overseas (check PPCs)
8. ANTITERROSRISM LV1- Member and dependents over 14 If you are going overseas
9. Copy of Flight Itineraries if you are going overseas
10. Check for dependent passports- All overseas (not AK & HI)
11. AF 522- if you are going overseas (check PPCs)
12. ISOPREP/SERE Training If you are going overseas

*NOTE: If you do not have all required documents or out-processing completed, you will NOT be allowed to leave*

Reenlistment Counseling Appt

Any Member wishing to Reenlistment must attend a Counseling appointment with a Retentions Technician.

This is an official Appointment, member MUST be in Uniform.

Please hand carry required documents for Reenlistment process:
1) Article 137 Briefing Certificate from MyLearning website
2) Source Documentation for Retainability Reason. Reason will vary:
2a) No documents needed if within 1 year from your DOS or personal convivence.
2b) If retainability is needed for formal training, please bring training RIP.
2c) If retainability is needed for assignment, please bring retainability from Outbound Assignment team.
2d) If retainability s needed to Transfer Education Benefit, please bring print screen from TEB application.
