Ensure you have all documents yet to be turned in to Outbound Assignments, a copy of vOP Checklist if you have wet signatures, dental documents if PRP, If going OCONUS: Flight itinerary, if you or your dependents require passports and you do not have them you will not be able to Final Out.
*NOTE: If you do not have all required documents or out-processing completed, you will NOT be allowed to leave*

Retirement Final Out Appt

 DD2648 TAP/Capstone (Contact A&FR)
 Copy of DD Form 214 Worksheet
 ALL items on Virtual Out Processing checklist must be checked or signed off.
 Copy of your Orders

Reenlistment Counseling Appt

Any Member wishing to Reenlistment must attend a Counseling appointment with a Retentions Technician.

This is an official Appointment, member MUST be in Uniform.

Please hand carry required documents for Reenlistment process:
1) Article 137 Briefing Certificate from MyLearning website
2) Source Documentation for Retainability Reason:
a) If you are a First Term Airmen with more than 1 year from your DOS.
b) If you are a Career Airmen with more than 90 days from your DOS
